About ToolProven

ToolProven is an independent testing bench for AI subscription tools — currently AI video, AI voiceover and AI writing. We do the one thing directories, rating aggregators and AI-written blogs don’t: we feed every tool in a category the same task and publish the real output, side by side, with 4-axis scores and what it cost.

The bench is run by Vincent, founder and lead tester — every ranking starts with tools run hands-on, with the ToolProven team behind each test round.

The full process — the standard briefs, the scoring axes, the re-test policy — is documented on How we test. Every page carries a bench date, and pages whose test round is still in progress say so instead of pretending.

How we’re funded

ToolProven earns affiliate commissions when readers subscribe to a tool through our links — disclosed on every page that carries them, and detailed in our affiliate disclosure. Three rules keep that honest: we buy our own subscriptions, no tool can pay for placement or a score, and scores are set before any link is added.

Where the bench is right now

ToolProven launched in mid-2026 and is young on purpose: rankings go up as current bench standings, then each test round’s raw exports, samples and timings are published as they complete. If a number on this site doesn’t yet have its raw output attached, the page says so.
