Affiliate disclosure
ToolProven is funded by affiliate commissions. When you click a tool button on this site and later subscribe to that tool, the vendor may pay us a commission — often a recurring share of your subscription for a period. You never pay more because of it; the price is the same with or without our link.
Which links are affiliate links
Assume every “try” or “start” button that leads to a tool vendor may be an affiliate link. Monetized links are marked with rel="sponsored" in the page markup. Where we don’t yet have an affiliate partnership, the same button simply links to the tool’s official site and we earn nothing — the ranking doesn’t know the difference.
The rules that keep this honest
We buy our own subscriptions. Every tool is tested on a plan we paid for; no vendor gets a free pass or an easier brief.
No tool can buy a ranking. We don’t sell placements, featured spots or score changes — position is earned by output on the standard task.
Scores come before links. A tool’s score is set from the test round first; affiliate links are attached after, and a link’s commission rate never moves a score or a rank. Our process is public: how we test.
Networks we work with
Our affiliate relationships run through the vendors’ official programs and networks such as PartnerStack, Rewardful and FirstPromoter. Each program has its own terms; attribution typically works via a cookie set when you click our link.
This disclosure is made in line with the FTC’s endorsement guides (16 CFR Part 255). Short-form disclosures also appear directly on every page that carries affiliate links.
