Colossyan Pricing (2026): Free Starter to $59 Pro — and the $27 Myth
Colossyan meters AI-avatar video in minutes, across two models (NEO and NEO2). The pricing is clean once you clear up one thing that trips up other write-ups: there is no $27 plan — that number is a value anchor on the free tier.
Direct answer
Colossyan has three tiers, verified on colossyan.com/pricing Jul 22, 2026: Starter (free — 20 NEO minutes + 0.5 NEO2 minutes a month, 1 seat, watermark present, 20-minute video cap), Professional ($59/month billed annually — 30 NEO + 10 NEO2 minutes, up to 3 seats, watermark removed, 50-minute cap) and custom Enterprise (unlimited). It meters in minutes of generated video across two models, NEO (standard) and NEO2 (advanced); drafts don't count and unused minutes don't roll over. One clarification: the "$27" some write-ups quote is Colossyan's own "worth of value" figure for the free plan, not a paid tier — there's no $27 plan. The monthly-billing price of Professional isn't published on the page, only the $59 annual rate.

Evidence used
- All tier structure, minute allowances (Starter 20 NEO + 0.5 NEO2; Professional 30 NEO + 10 NEO2), seats, watermark policy and video-length caps (20 / 50 min) were read on colossyan.com/pricing on Jul 22, 2026 (page © 2026, cookie declaration dated 7/11/26).
- The "$27" clarification is from the page's own FAQ: "Our free plan gives you $27/month worth of value" — it is a value anchor, not a price. Starter is the free plan.
- Only the $59/month annual-billing rate for Professional is printed; the month-to-month figure isn't shown on the page, so we don't state one (a third-party '$70/mo' figure is unconfirmed).
- The minutes meter (generated video only, no rollover; add-on packs like 600 NEO2 min for $1,500/yr) and the NEO vs NEO2 split come from the same pricing page.
- Commercial-use scope is governed by Colossyan's Terms (Section 5.5 license) plus its Acceptable Use Policy; the pages don't state a clean commercial verdict for free-tier output, which is watermarked and lacks MP4 download — flagged, not asserted.
How we checked this
- We state only figures read on Colossyan's live page, and we correct the widely-repeated '$27 Starter plan' error (it's a value figure) rather than repeat it.
- Where the monthly-billing price isn't published, we say so instead of importing an unconfirmed third-party number.

The minutes meter, across two models
Colossyan bills minutes of generated video per month, split between NEO (standard) and NEO2 (its newer, advanced model). Only generated videos count — drafts are free — and unused minutes don't roll over. Starter gives 20 NEO + 0.5 NEO2 minutes; Professional gives 30 + 10.
The two-model split is the part to plan around. NEO2 is the advanced model and its monthly allowance is small even on Professional (10 minutes), so if your work needs the newer model heavily, the base minutes go fast — Colossyan sells add-on packs (e.g. 600 extra NEO2 minutes for $1,500/year on annual Professional) precisely because of that ceiling. Annual plans front-load the whole year's minutes at purchase.
Because "video minutes are calculated based on generated videos only," iterating in draft doesn't burn your allowance — but deleting a generated video doesn't refund its minutes either, and nothing rolls over month to month. That makes Colossyan a size-to-your-busiest-month tool, like [Runway](/blog/runway-credits-rollover), not a bank-it-up one.
Free Starter, Professional, and the $27 myth
Starter is genuinely free — 20 NEO minutes, 1 seat, 1080p, a 20-minute cap, and a watermark. Professional ($59/mo annual) removes the watermark, raises the cap to 50 minutes, adds seats and NEO2 minutes. The "$27 Starter" some sites list is Colossyan's own value figure for the free plan, not a price.
Getting this right matters because it's easy to mis-read: Colossyan's Starter card literally renders "Free — $27/mo," and its FAQ explains the $27 is "worth of value," not a charge. There is no paid $27 tier. Starter is the free plan, and its real limits are the watermark, the single seat, the 20-minute video cap, and no MP4-download / watermark-removal (both start at Professional).
Professional at $59/month (billed annually) is where publishable output begins — watermark removed, up to three seats at $30/month each beyond the first, a 50-minute cap, and the larger NEO2 allowance. We don't quote a month-to-month Professional price because the page doesn't publish one. On rights: commercial use is governed by Colossyan's Terms and Acceptable Use Policy, and since free-tier output is watermarked and can't be downloaded as clean MP4, treat the free plan as evaluation and read the terms before commercial use.
